The platform and network (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”) are operated by TURCOAST PROPERTY INVESTMENT PARTNERS (“TURCOAST,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). Subject to these Terms, TURCOAST provides access to information regarding investment opportunities in Turkish real estate markets. Access to certain parts of the Services is restricted to qualified, registered Users.

2. Registration Obligations

To access restricted areas, you may be required to register and provide accurate, current, and complete information (“Registration Data”). Upon registration, you will receive a confidential username and password (“Password”), which must be kept secure. You agree not to allow others to use your account, and you are responsible for all activities under your account.

If you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, or if we suspect misuse, we may suspend or terminate your account.
